I see them, but can't click on them. It is as if I don't have access? Maybe a setting on my PC is disabling my ability to do this?

for example - on this firefox help page, i can not open my inbox. Nothing happens when i left click it. And when I right click, i can see the <open>,<open in new tab>, and <open in New Window>. But they are not in bold, and I can not click on them to access them.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
