I have this problem & I can't figure out a solution. I use Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Firefox 9.0.1. This problem has been going on for the last few versions. Initially, it occurred only with printing certain websites, now it is happening more often. Now, when I print I have to use a different browser. I really like firefox, and have been using it for many years, but now I am considering changing. Printing is considered a basic functionality, and the newer versions broke something that was ok in version 3.0. Please let me know a solution, or fix it in version 9.0.2. You can reproduce this at many websites. Most recent example, printing an article from http://www.nytimes.com. I reset printing and deleted all printer preferences from the prefs.js file. These did not fix the problem. Pages print properly from other browsers (such as Safari). Also, it is not printer dependent, because it happens when I select "Print to PDF." I believe it is a software bug/flaw. Please tell me if it is not, and how to fix it. ADDENDUM: This problem only occurs if you use page scaling in page setup. If scaling is 100% everything prints ok. If scaled to any percent less than 100%, the first page prints ok, but then the second page and onward goes back to 100% scaling PLUS it cuts off the bottom and top of pages, including headers (on second page and onward also, not first page). PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM IN NEXT VERSION. "Don't use page scaling" is not an adequate solution. Page scaling is an important feature!
