Why won't Firefox 4.0 beta finish? (the completing box says "not responding")

When I get to the "Completing the Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 12 Setup Wizard" step I click the finish button and it says not responding! Then I have to close the box. It has done this three times! (I know about trying the same thing over and over expecting a different result!)
