Our emails suddenly stopped downloading on to thunderbird on Friday 3rd April. The final one being at 17.31. We have been in touch with our broadband provider who say they are unable to help us and it is an issue with thunderbird. We haven't done anything to cause this to happen, they just stopped. Can you help us please.
