Cannot send nor answer e-mail, again.
David has helped me twice with this problem before.
My reply to the four questions he posed follows: 1) I have had a well-functioning email before this problem occurred; 2) There have been no changes to my computer that I have noticed; 3) I don't know what "server settings" are, and; 4) I have not received error messages, not this time, nor the previous two times when this problem occurred.

Ok, it appears you have this problem frequently, so I am wondering if there are other software items interferring. - do you have an antivirus program? If so, which one is it? - please go to account settings, and
