Thanks for the reply, but i just figured out.

I had some build up pending task in the windows explorer, so i just went to the task manager and end all the tasks in windows explorer. that fixed the problem

Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Can you also try using another windows account to see if you the same issue? What version of Firefox?

Thanks for the reply, but i just figured out.

I had some build up pending task in the windows explorer, so i just went to the task manager and end all the tasks in windows explorer. that fixed the problem
