I have just installed the new 102 version of Thunderbird. It asked did I want to overwrite the old version, I said yes, now I have nothing in the way of informatioin or old emails. In am on a mac. Help I really hate the fact that I cannot talk to anybody live

Does it improve if you start Thunderbird in safe mode - hold option while starting Thunderbird?
