Whenever I create or "write" am email there is a grey box that shows up at the top. When I troubleshoot it is not there. I have disabled all extensions and addons and it goes not show. I tried it not using Troubleshoot and it is still there.


I have version 91.9.0


Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just a guess. open preferences and change whatever is set for hardware acceleration. If it is on, turn it off. If it is off turn it on. I am guessing you got a new video driver installed recently. (about when this started)
