I recently changed my TB account from pop3 to imap. Now my TB account is missing a very important folder to me called "Receipts". I can find the folder using the 'help'>'troubleshooting information'>'Profile Folder'>'open folder'>'mail'>(then my email account)>'Receipts'. Previous posts say to open this file, select all, copy all to clipboard etc.. BUT... when I click on the file 'Receipts' a window pops up asking what program I want to use to open this file. There is NO program listed that shows the correct (legible) information. Please advise how I can re-instate this 'Receipts' folder back into my (now imap) email account... A bit lost here....Thanks....

Close TB, copy the Receipts file (ignore the Receipts.msf) into Mail/Local Folders. When you restart TB, Receipts should appear under Local Folders in the Folder Pane. If necessary, copy messages in small numbers at a time to a new Receipts folder in the IMAP account, but bear in mind that mass uploading to IMAP folders is usually not successful.
