Hello,

I just upgraded Thunderbird to 78.0. I can see my emails on my ISP okay but cannot see my emails on Local Folders. I may have changed the local location on my local system recently. On a Mac running 10.14.6. Any ideas?

Thanks, Frank

The profile used by 78 is probably different from the one used previously. Help/Troubleshooting, click Show in Finder to open the current profile, close TB, go up one level and you should see another profile folder, possibly named xxxxxxxx.default. Open that folder, then the Mail subfolder. Copy the Local Folders subfolder into Mail of the current profile, if the current Local Folders is empty. Or, copy just the mbox files in Local Folders - the large files with no extension, named after folders - into Local Folders of the current profile.
