The disclaimer is probably like an HTML signature that is added to each message, and requires the message to be HTML format.

I don't think there's a simple way to change all 110 clients, except doing it one at a time.

Disclaimer is in HTML Format, Thunderbird does not pay attention to HTML design when the option I specified is open Can I Close This Option Over Regedit Records?

Don't know what you mean by regedit records. TB stores settings in the prefs.js file. Just change the setting to 'Send the message in HTML anyway.'

Hi @sfhowes, I told him if he keeps it on the registry I specified as Regedit, You Said That You Keep Options Settings On Prefs.js Now, Is There Any Situation That I Can Make The Setting You Have Specified Without Setting It All On One Computer For All Users? Our Company Has An Active Directory Structure Can This Setting Be Created And Made As .vbs And .bat Files?

Your problem is your SMTP server, not Thunderbird. Fix it and the problem goes away.

THE correct approach is either plain text or both plain text and HTML. HTML only mail is to be avoided as the least compatible option you can use. When sending business mail, you want as many people as possible to be able to read it, not just those that do it your way.

So fix the SMTP server so it actually understands that there is a plain text email type and add plain text disclaimers to such mails. Hi Matt, Disclaimer Information Is Not Added On SMTP When I Enable This Option Only, I Know All Situations On The Side Of E-Mail Shipment To Be Safe, I looked at all the settings in my mail server, I have to use HTML Disclaimer because there is a picture in Disclaimer Information, I use Zimbra Server, Sends and Adds Disclamer Information Without Any Adjustments On The Outlook Side, Can I Disable the Specified Setting With Scripts?
