Suddenly Google is saying that Thunderbird is 'insecure' and blocking access. I've turned on 'insecure access' but got the same result. I'm on 59.2.1. Is there something in this version that trips Google security?

POP. I had to go through Gmail's procedure for turning on 'insecure' Apps as apparently Thunderbird doesn't pass, possibly because it doesn't have two factor login? Thanks for reply anyway.
