Hi, these are the screenshots. Also, I have recently been given an institutional email address using Exchange, is it possible that there is a conflict issue. Cheers

If you go to the View menu and check Threads what is that set to? If it is not set to All make that change.

Even if there were no messages, there should be column headings in the list pane, and the screenshot shows nothing there. If you have a backup copy of xulstore.json from a backup of Tbird's profile, maybe try replacing it?
