Dear Firefox/Firefox users,

On websites like ebay, and I begin typing and email to a seller, it pushes down whatever message/picture was beneath it. Is this a bug or is there something I could do to fix this?

I'm not sure if these pictures help but this is what happens after I try typing in the comment/email box...When on Internet Explorer it doesn't happen

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
