Problem with page scrolling to the bottom automatically and won't let me move back up
when i open any website after a couple of minutes it will automatically scroll to the bottom of the page and if I try to go back up it automatically returns to the bottom

You may have switched on caret browsing.
You can press press F7 (on Mac: fn + F7) to toggle caret browsing on/off.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
