I have same problem - but I have done the auto-fill (even reloaded my profile) and went to tools/options/ and its set on "use custom settings for history"

I had no problem till recently.

Now "form history" is not remember on most websites - oddly it works in a few websites - but not Facebook and many others. Here is jpg example but I could give you many more examples on other webpages. Where it states "form history" should be other email addresses I use. Also happens when putting in names - only remembers my name from autocomplete.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

• Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

My facebook auto login info worked fine until about a week ago. To fix the problem I went into Tools on the main Firefox menu bar at the top. Then selected Options. From there go to Security and click on the Exceptions box in the Password section. You will see a list of sites where your info is blocked from being auto entered. Uncheck the sites you want auto access and the problem should be fixed. Worked for me.
