I can't remember the overall new security password for Firefox accounts so I can't access any of my passwords in Firefox. Who can help me rectify this?

Yes always best to make a backup. Sadly a reset will wipe them.
Remembering is an issue, if you are not in a hurry, breath . . . sleep and maybe in your dreams or when you wake something will click.
Apart from an full on security hack there is little else I can think of.#
