i keep getting pop ups from they say you that i have a zeua 2020 trojen viruz , my system in infected which ive run 4 mcafee scans and they havents picked it up help

The site that you have allowed to send you these is shown in the notification content. You have to revoke any previously granted permissions in settings. See support.mozilla.org/questions/1507693
