In short, I lost my Google Fiber account, but now it's back. However my Thunderbird Email client is showing what appears to be Spanish for some of my folders. I will try to include a screen shot.
As noted in my question something odd has appeared in my Thunderbird Email. Can someone help me get back to all English. I double checked my TB settings and it appears they are all set correctly.

If using Gmail, click the gear upper Right > See all settings > check the General tab Language setting.

It was all in Spanish, not my first language, but I managed by position. And I had to restart Thunderbird for it to take effect. Thanks Brad
