Using version 64.0.4 64bit screen says I need to update, locks screen, have to reboot, is it legit?

While browsing screen comes up and says I am using outdated version of firefox and I need to update to the latest version. Screen turns gray, popup says firefox blocked this site from downloading file. Screen has firefox logo, but URL does not have Mozilla or Firefox in it. Screen locks up and I have to restart windows to get out of it. Using windows 10 pro 64 bit.

It looks like a malware. See I found a fake Firefox update.
