The website named www.aude.com.au is running on Joomla, the site's menu looks perfectly alright with us as we have tested in FF version plus other browsers but, client's end is bit of an issue as there is a collapse in the menu he is in Cairns, QLD 4870, Australia. We cannot figure out exactly what the issue is.. We have reduce the widths, in CSS and reduce the image width etc but still the same issue appears from time to time. As it looks ok in all the FF versions we tested in house in Sri Lanka, we have just logged in to the client's machine via teamviewer and tested it and that issue was there...please help us on this as we cannot figure out where the issue is..

Do you have a screenshot that shows how the problem that the client has with the page?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile:

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files
