the add-in window never finishes opening
I initially was trying to figure out why most times I am unable to open a pdf (often labelled as "printer-friendly version") from a web page. I went to your help and was suggested to check my plug-ins by going to "manage add-ons". well, it never finishes opening, it just spins and spins until I give up. which is the same thing that happens when i try to open a pdf on a web page.

When you first open the Add-on Manager, click on something other than the default Get Add-on item. That item delivers information from the Add-ons website and is very slow loading today due to all the Firefox updates and Add-ons updates being delivered.
