I cannot lock my toolbars and have to reload menu & navigation each time I turn on computer.

Also how do you change to colors? Mine tool bars and tabs are now in black & white.

You may have installed a persona.

You can uninstall your current Persona and revert to the Default theme (Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
