Want to change account settings>playback setup in order to view youtube videos and correct buffering problems. Can't find account menu settings that was suggested in support forum to correct problem. Forum suggested change to select option for slower connection speed to correct problem. But I can't find account settings menu and haven't found it in forum discussions
