How much money did Interclick have to pay Mozilla to look the other way in this history stealing scheme? And how is it that Safari and Chrome have fixed this exploit a long time ago and the Mighty Firefox has not?

This is fixed in the Firefox 4 beta builds, the latest version is available from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/beta/
