It says that the google otp secondary number input is incorrect.

In both QR code and manual input methods, it appears that the authentication number does not match.

Make sure that the time is correct on all devices as the TOTP code is only valid for 30 seconds.

What authenticator app are you currently using ? You can try to scan the QR code with your barcode scanner and paste the otpauth:// link in the authenticator app to see if that makes the app generate a working TOTP code.
