Theme resets when I open a new window

When I choose a theme it applies it correctly, everything will be fine until a open a new window and then the theme vanishes and it's back to visually looking like the Firefox default theme but it still says the specifc theme I choose is "enabled" in prefrences.

Chosen solution

After some further investigation I have realised it is to do with the Firefox Colour Add-on that I had installed. Removing this solved my issue.
