How Do I Automatically Configure a CalDAV Calendar Using Advanced Configuration?

We are wanting to setup Thunderbird/Lightning to be able to automatically associate a user's CalDAV calendar with Lightning when they first open Thunderbird, all it may need to do is ask them for a password. We are using a module that allows us to configure Thunderbird's advanced settings through Windows Group Policy(https://mozillagpo.sourceforge.io/). When we manually configure a calendar in Lightning it takes the information and creates several entries in the advanced settings editor that appear to have a unique id per each user. I tried to attached a picture of this but it did not seem to work. Will try in a follow up post.

Does anyone know of a way to configure Lightning so it will pop up the "New Calendar" window with the needed settings already filled out or of a way to add the necessary settings to the advanced settings?
