How to add or include a web page link to Fossamail ?

I've used windows live mail for years, but due to my contacts being hacked I was advised to try to use Fossamail. When I right click on a saved web site shortcut on my desktop and send to email contact, I get the message : "Fossamail has stopped working". Is there a way to send a web site link in Fossamail ? We are Thunderbird, here, not Fossamail, and we wouldn't know what changes, adaptations or enhancements you will encounter in Fossamail.

Is this some flavour of Linux? Do the palemoon people not have their own forums?

I'd just copy and paste the URL. ;-)
