how do i increase the size of the letters and icons on page.
a teck did work on my computer and now the size of the letters and icons on page are much smaller. I tried all suggestions, even changed settings but nothing changes.

Is this effect (a) just within the Thunderbird message reading pane or (b) across all menus and windows in Thunderbird or (c) across all windows and programs on your computer?

It sounds like the tech person has altered the screen resolution on your machine. This affects the whole display, so all windows and programs look smaller. If you use Windows (most people do) I can't help you because I have a different operating system altogether. Someone else in this forum may be able to help, or you could search for 'windows screen resolution' on the internet. Or just go back to the tech person?
