i was trying to delete my history it asked for what days, then clear all history thats what i did, but now all my facebook friends have lost there facebook names is there a way of getting them back

No, there is no way to recover the history, thats why when you remove it it says you cant recover the data after deletion.
You can make a backup of your personal data to prevent losing data by accident.
