My Firefox crashes at start in both regular and safe modes. I have tried to enter "%APPDATA%/Mozilla/Firefox/Crash Reports/submitted" but I get an error message telling me it can't be found. I am running Windows 7

Use backslashes if you didn't do this.

  • %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\
