Norton toolbar not working with FF12

I have upgraded to FF12 and lost my Norton toolbar. I ran Liveupdate, but still no toolbar. I have Norton Security Suite, version 5.2.1.3, toolbar 2011.7.6.3. What do I need to do to get Norton toolbar back?

I did that a few times and still no toolbar. It says Norton version is 19.*.*.*, mine says version 5.2.1.3, and the toolbar 2011.*.*. What else am I missing? What else can I do?

I lost my Norton toolbar. I have internet security 19.7.1.5 version. I am up to date. I have Firefox 12 and it is up to date. When I check for the add on there is no Norton add on. This happens all the time when Firefox upgrades . I am running windows 7 which I recently upgraded from xp.

Why doesn't FireFox 13.0.1 allow enabling of the Norton Toolbar for Norton Internet Security 2012 v19.7.1.5 when the Norton site says "Compatibility of Norton Internet Security with Firefox 13 - Norton Internet Security 2012 is now compatible with Firefox 13. as stated in the site:

toolbar isn't working with FF 15.0.1 either ... Norton has a very involved solution of uninstalling FF and Norton then starting over. Surely there is an easier way to get this fixed! Thanks!
