cant log in at sky.com
Hi, I cant log into my account on sky.com using firefox, when the curser is normally over the sign in box it changes to a pointing hand, you click the box and your in, but nothing is happening, the curser doesn't change to a hand and doesn't change screens when i click the box. whereas i can still sign in using explorer but because i haven't got the latest version (I have windows xp and explorer 8) the screen is all messed up. so I cant check my emails properly ARRGGHH!!!!

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar or the Babylon extension that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
