the flash (or shockwave) plugin isn't visible in my plugin list, although I installed the latest flash player. and of course it won't show any flash contents. I use firefox 6.0 and the latest available flash player, both for mac. thanks in advance!
I've already uninstalled the flash player and installed it again, but it's still not working. as it works fine in safari, I suppose the problem is something with firefox :(

found a solution myself: apparently the problem was caused by the plugin...looks like it only works in 32 bit mode?!! I downloaded the flashplayer 11 beta release and now everything's fine!
in case someone else has the same problem, here's the link http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer11.html
so far I haven't had any problems with the beta version.
