cannot login into watrust.com
have been working on this since last summer. Can get to my bank login EASILY on Opera and IE7 and 8......when I use FFox, I don't even SEE user and pass boxes at all. Have spent a good 100 hours on this, trying to find a solution. I don't want to use IE at all, because FFOX was so good before. The Head IT guy at my bank casn't even STAND for me to politely ask questions to see if it is them. Real soon, I'll just use Opera I guess.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
- "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
- "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Do you see anything on those pages or is only some specific content missing?
Can you attach a screenshot and post a link to the login page?
Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

There are no other websites (and I work on the web A LOT) and my hubby has no problems with his banks/FFox.
PS! well I actually fell outta my chair just now, I was reading about a User Agent Switcher extension, I used it and now with FFox I have a login user and pass suddenly
