the box to put password, i type it in then hit enter it is the wrong one, so i do it again with the same password. And again it said wrong one. you can keep on typing in another series of letters or numbers and it said wrong password. Also I am getting better at writing passwords and dates down now not perfect.

How long have you had the 'Primary password' ?
Type it in a simple text editor to ensure all the keys are working then copy it to the text box.
