There's no ad block in Firefox for Android. You have to go to Extensions and install uBlock Origin.

If an ad blocker isn’t working, try updating the extension, clearing your browser cache, and checking whether the site has detected or disabled ad-blocking. Also make sure the blocker is enabled for that specific website.
