My email is jamek2006@yahoo.co.uk but when I try to Log In I am told the site is insecure and the place for password is blocked.

Kindly assist.

If this is about

 SSL Report: www.ghris.go.ke (41.76.169.71) 
 Assessment failed: Unable to connect to the server

then it's because the service is apparently not working.

 Error: Port 443 is not open on www.ghris.go.ke.
