Hi, I have been locked out of my account and the two factor authentication does not work any longer. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I do not have a Backup Authentication code, but I am logged into Firefox on my mobile. Unfortunately, the iOS version does not have the ability to change my Security settings as instructed by the guide. Can you please help me gain access to my account? Thanks and regards, Bernard
