your recent update deleted all my bookmarks. How do I get them back?

Always mention what platform you are using, especially if it's not Windows. You might be able to restore your bookmarks by opening the Bookmarks Manager, CONTROL+SHIFT+O, left clicking on the top of the screen "Import and Backup", hovering over "Restore" and choosing one of the selections. Choose the selection which has the latest date with the largest size and highest number of "Items".
