Printing issue with Thunderbird.

Open thunderbird up and want to print an email. Most of the time the printer is the default. Once I print and then go to the next email to print, the default printer is gone and the only option is save to PDF. I can close thunderbird and reopen it and seems to alleviate the issue for a few times then back save to PDF only. Strange issue. I have reinstalled thunderbird a few times. All other programs on the pc I print from always use the defaut printer.

Does it help if you open Help/Troubleshooting Info, go to the bottom, click Clear saved print settings, then restart TB?
