Here is the error

Error Creating Account. Ex=Programming bug. Assertion failed, see log.. Stack=Exception @resource:///modules/accountcreation/AccountCreationUtils.jsm:114:3 NotReached@resource:///modules/accountcreation/AccountCreationUtils.jsm:126:13 assert@resource:///modules/accountcreatoin 0 /AccountCreationUtils.jsm:31:11

I think i've disabled my antivirus completely and have made sure the ports, imap are all correct, is there anything else I need to do to set up the account

Does this error appear as white text on red background in the account setup wizard? What is your TB version? I believe this was fixed in 91.0.2.
