Dear all, I need to uninstal firefox from my mother's old Mac computer as it seems to be causing problems with slowness of booting up. But no one knows the Firefox account password, which is needed in order to uninstal it (the only person who knew it is unfortunately deceased). How should we proceed please? thank you.

Hi claire3, you should be able to uninstall Firefox without knowing the Firefox Account password. The steps are different on Mac than Windows, so I'll point you to this article: Uninstall Firefox from your computer. If the article doesn't show steps for Mac, open the "Editing Tools" section on the left and use the operating system selector to switch the article to Mac.

The steps are different on Mac than Windows, so I'll point you to this article: Uninstall Firefox from your computer. If the article doesn't show steps for Mac, open the "Editing Tools" section on the left and use the operating system selector to switch the article to Mac.
