My firefox didn't restore bookmarks
My firefox didn't restore bookmarks and other stuff from previous device. I can see that the version of my bookmarks is saved in 'device list' but I can't get it back. I reinstalled windows today and wanted to restore bookmarks as it always worked before, but now I'm unable to do it. I tried deleting the newest sync, but it doesn't work. I tried the same on my phone and it doesn't work either.

Hi, log into Sync and disconnect your phone if your computer was the main device as if you try and sync it will wipe your phone as main is blank.
When do something like format/Refresh disconnect your device 1st.
If you have a copy of your data on a mobile version of Firefox, please follow these instructions to connect it to Firefox Sync to copy your data.
So do not have both connected. You lost the token on your cpu when refreshed.
I synced with phone after discovering that i didn't restore bookmarks on my computer. I thought that it would import bookmarks from formated system into phone but it didn't work. Is there any solution to my problem? I can crearly see that my latest bookmarks are saved in cloud but there is no button to retrive it.
I do not know if this is even possible. Do not own a smart phone to test.
Can you drill down into Firefox and find the Bookmarks in your Profile on the phone. If so, can you email them to your self ?
Bookmarks on my phone are the same as those on my current PC. It's as if there was no bookmark before I reinstalled Windows. It's really important for me to get my bookmarks back as without them I lost 7 years of bookmarking.
