Lost My File,Print,Options, history, Bar, but i dont know how?
the bar above firefox is gone,File, options, history, tools, I dont know how to get it back. been at this an hour darn it... Thank You in advance.

If you would like the top menu bar (File, Edit, View...) to be visible all the time, you can use the toolbars list to turn it on. To show that list, use any of these methods:
- right-click (on Mac Ctrl+click) a blank spot on the tab bar (or right-click the "+" button)
- (menu bar) View > Toolbars
On Windows, tap the Alt key to activate the menu bar temporarily. - in Customize mode > Toolbars button (see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)
To turn on the Menu Bar, Bookmarks Toolbar, or other bars, click it on the list.
