Since the LAST FIREFOX UPDATE, my outlook email page often jumps into the login, then inbox when I move messages--and sometimes when I try to open them.

My outlook email site worked beautifully until recently--which corresponded with the last Firefox update. A Level 3 Microsoft technician checked out my machine about this, too. But the situation I described above rarely happens when I use IE, so after trying various ideas, he had to give up, too.

Again, many times when I am using Outlook on Firefox, if I move a message from the send file--or the inbox--to a file I set up, the machine spins into the "loading" mode, then back into the inbox--WITHOUT completing the move. I notice this happens more often when a ? appears by my photo (inside the green circle). If I click several times on the ?, it eventually changes to the checkmark. The problems do not happen as frequently then, but they still occur. And for some unknown reason, it will switch to the ? in the circle for no apparent reason.

Please help. I prefer to use Outlook in Firefox not IE, but it's becoming more of a time-wasting struggle. (NOTE--this does NOT happen in Outlook 365, which I use for the campus where I teach.)

Unfortunately, Microsoft has misconfigured a security feature (OCSP stapling) on their servers which got now cached in your local Firefox installation.

In order to resolve that, please enter about:config into the Firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) and search for the preference named security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling. Double-click it and change its value to false - this will degrade a security feature in Firefox, so please revisit it in a couple of days again after Microsoft has fixed their stuff and turn it back on again then.
