An error has occured while sending mail. 5.7.1 message cannot be accepted, spam rejection. How do I fix this?

I am able to receive emails, I can not reply or send emails with out receiving a spam rejection, It is an error 5.7.1. I was informed that it is a setting/complication with Mozilla. Everything checks out with AVG after I removed the other 2 anti-virus companies.

I suggest you ask your mail provider exactly why they think your mail is spam. It is after all them that is rejecting it.
