Hi bpschupp3. I am sorry I have to disappoint you, but it's not possible to install extension in Firefox for iOS due to Apple restrictions. Please see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1101350.
For the Extensions It is not due to Apple restrictions.

Basically the Extensions for either Android Firefox or desktop Firefox does not work on the built-in iOS WebKit-based rendering framework that the Firefox shell uses.
