i have used refresh firefox but this only works temporarily
i have problems almost every day with error messages saying that a a script has stopped working or a flash is not responding, i have used firefox refresh, i have even removed firefox and reinstalled it, this works for a while then my computer will freeze and i get the error messages "a script on this page has stopped responding" or there is a non responsive flash player. can someone please help me with these errors???

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- make sure you have the latest Flash version:
http://www.adobe.com/special/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html - check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
